What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
- Ensure building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
- Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance and optimal operation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- HVAC experience and high-pressure boiler knowledge.
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills.
- Universal CFC certification preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks required by the role.
