What's the Job?
- Monitor and operate boiler and utility system equipment
- Make necessary adjustments to main plant equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment and respond to building automation or alarm systems
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Conduct chemical analysis to optimize system performance
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3-5 years of related facilities or boiler room experience
- Class 4 NIULPE power engineers license
- Working knowledge of boiler systems and operations
- Ability to operate and understand diagnostic and computer equipment
