- Mammalian cell culture
- Aseptic/sterile techniques
- In vitro cell-based assays (e.g., reporter gene, proliferation assays)
- ELISA assays (quantitative & potency)
- qPCR / PCR
- Binding kinetics (BLI or SPR)
- Flow cytometry
- Accurately documenting results to meet regulatory compliance
- Drafting methods, reports, and technical documentation
- Operating lab equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborating with cross-functional scientific teams
