Job Title: Assembly Lead
Location: Sandy, UT
Pay Range: $40/hour
What's the Job?
- Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and sample builds for medical device products.
- Execute catheter coating, guidewire lubrication, chemical mixing, and sample preparation activities.
- Coordinate daily build activities and ensure materials, equipment, and tooling are ready.
- Conduct quality inspections and follow SOPs and quality requirements.
- Support Assembly personnel while communicating priorities with R&D and Engineering teams.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Mechanical assembly experience and familiarity with quality procedures/SOPs.
- Ability to use microscopes and basic measurement tools.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
