As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the recruitment and staffing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter Location: Harrisburg, PA Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Identify, assess, and place candidates across various roles to meet client needs Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and community partners Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, customer service, High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) is a plus Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
