Experienced Dispatcher needed for our client in the Riviera Beach, FL area.
Responsibilities :
Dispatching a fleet of service technicians based on a large volume of service calls.
Applicant must be comfortable on the phone or at the computer for long periods of time and have the ability to switch from task to task rapidly on a daily basis
This position requires managing a large backlog of service calls taking into account technician availability and geographical location.
Ensure technicians complete their work and the related paperwork in a timely manner.
Position is responsible for reconciling the dispatch board on a daily basis and making sure that all calls have been addressed.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker who is capable of managing the workload of over 40 service technicians applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle high volumes of work with minimal errors.
Industry experience in heating, cooling or AC Businesses
Bilingual
Software experience with Service Automation for Windows (SAWIN)
