Receptionist (Temporary – Part-Time)
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $20 - $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to support front-desk and administrative operations in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service or administrative experience who are looking for part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the receptionist desk
- Enter customer orders via telephone accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry of orders and customer information
- Maintain communication with internal departments while following company policies and guidelines
- Follow phone prompts and customer service guidelines
- Generate standardized computer reports
- Process warehouse pick labels for order selectors
- Receive catch weights and out-of-stock information from warehouse staff
- Enter order confirmations to release orders for invoicing
Requirements
- 1 years of customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience
- General office setting knowledge
- Experience answering and directing phone calls
- Some administrative or data entry experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
