Graveyard Shift Maintenance Technician
Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the graveyard shift.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical and electrical skills and enjoy working independently while making a direct impact on production, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and rebuilds on production and facility equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed to support repairs and equipment improvements.
- Partner with production teams to identify and resolve equipment concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other maintenance team members as needed and assist with special projects.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent technical training and experience.
- 2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- High Pressure Boiler Operations Certificate and/or refrigeration certification is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical & Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, varying temperatures, moisture, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other safety gear as needed.
- Cell phones are not permitted for use on the production floor.
