Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Associate responsible for producing company products at efficient, acceptable levels while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Read, understand, and follow procedure manuals, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and safety rules.
- Use a computer for all required company processes, procedures, and training.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including a forklift (training provided if necessary).
- Handle, lift, carry, and move raw materials and finished products weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Stand, walk, kneel, and perform physical tasks on concrete floors for up to 90% of the workday.
- Operate a forklift up to 10% of the workday.
- Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; occasionally sit, climb, and balance.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification or ability to pass a forklift certification test.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to use a computer for training and daily processes.
Safety & PPE Requirements:
- Steel-toed boots, hard hats, and safety glasses (side shields as needed) required.
- Additional PPE—gloves, aprons, respirators, and other equipment—is provided as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift and move materials/products up to 75 lbs.
- Work on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
- Perform frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and other physical activities.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
