Our client is seeking a Paint Prep Labor to join their team. As a Paint Prep Labor, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Paint Prep Labor
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $19 an hour
Shift: 2nd shift
What's the Job?
- Sands product exterior in preparation of painting
- Tapes/masks products for painting
- Reworks products with nonconforming paint issues
- Performs simple repair/prep procedures such as putty work or touch-up painting
- Inspects finished work and completes associated forms/checklists
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic manual dexterity and physical stamina
