Pay Rate: $43-$52/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Long-term temporary assignment through the end of January

Typical Daily Duties:
- Analyze business goals, requirements, and operational needs related to pricing and subscription management initiatives
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows
- Partner with business and technical teams to improve processes, support project execution, and ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation, Agile backlogs, and process maps
- Support testing efforts, requirements traceability, stakeholder communication, and project updates
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of business analysis, project management, product support, or related experience
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories/BRDs, and working with JIRA or similar tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in process improvement, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with subscription management, pricing, billing, or commercial systems is a plus
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and actionable solutions
