Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Chesterfiled, MO
Pay Range: $30-35/hr
What's the Job?
- Design, calculate, build, and test various hardware components for laboratory automation systems.
- Research and source lab automation products.
- Generate CAD drawings and technical documentation (assembly instructions, bills of materials, machine shop prints, presentations).
- Assist in assembling prototypes, running tests, and participating in design reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and various teams across departments to bring projects to life.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering (hands on experience visible in the resume)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
- Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks) and PDM.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
