As a Quality Technician, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting production and inspection teams. Shift: First Shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00am)
What's the Job?
- Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cGMPs and regulatory requirements as it pertains to inspections/part qualifications.
- Serve as a GMP resource to Production and other internal teams, strictly preventing any regulatory liabilities or client dissatisfaction.
- Perform First Article Inspections as directed using various methodologies and tools (calipers, CMM, etc).
- Perform data entry for NCM and MRB items as needed.
- Track and trend NCM data and dispense to site leaders.
- Perform incoming inspections in a timely manner to support production needs.
- Adhere to all job-related safety protocols and training requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the continuous improvement of our operations.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- ASQ CQT certification preferred
- IPC 610 and/or 620 certification preferred
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP environment required
- Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints required
- Proficiency with metrology equipment required
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Dedication to upholding high standards of safety and compliance.
