Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Team Member to join their team. As a Production Team Member, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Team Member
Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI
Pay Range: $19 hr
Shift: 2nd shift; Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 am
What's the Job?
- Operate machinery to support production processes
- Assemble parts accurately and efficiently
- Verify the quality of finished products to meet standards
- Follow all plant safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist team members to ensure smooth workflow
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of previous production experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
