Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate pride, ownership, and accountability for safety and quality, along with strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 1st Shift
What's the Job?
- Operate within one or more areas in a continuous flow manufacturing process to meet production and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Monitor process parameters using meters, gauges, and controls to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Report malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments or repairs to equipment.
- Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, or electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
What's Needed?
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
- Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing priorities.
