Our client, a leading Grass Seed and Fertilizer manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker- General Machine Operator to join their team. As a Production Worker- General Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the small pack line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will help ensure success in this role.
Job Title: Production Worker- General Machine Operator
Location: Independence, OR
Pay Range: $21.00/hour
Shift: Second Shift 3pm-1:30am Monday-Friday
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor small pack line (Line 3) to ensure smooth production flow
- Perform routine quality checks and document results accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet safety standards
- Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
