We are seeking a dedicated RN - Telemetry in Zachary, LA, to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced telemetry unit.

• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards
