JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manor Roofing & Restoration is seeking an experienced business professional with industry relationships and the ability to review and manage the sales of roofs, siding, guttering, windows/doors, and decking in the residential & commercial market. The candidate must possess strong communication skills have a strong background in sales complimented by strong analytical skills, common sense business understanding, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate customer service solutions to support the vision and goals of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to evaluate and inspect roofing, siding, gutters, windows/doors, and decking for damage and accurately estimate costs in a timely manner with attention to profitability
- Meet daily with prospects and leads
- Utilize personal connections to create self generated sales
- Attend weekly production/sales meetings with the team
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process including meeting with insurance adjusters
- Ability to accurately read insurance scope of loss
- Ability to bid jobs accurately, order materials, manage ongoing projects, and follow through with frequent customer contact through the completion of any job
- Ability to write accurate and complete work orders
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work in a heavily team-oriented environment and communicate effectively & efficiently
- Accurate document preparation and contract execution
- Follow up with homeowners for referrals
- Collect customer payments in a timely manner and in accordance with the expectations set in place.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience required
- Construction experience and basic construction knowledge preferred
- Ability to walk comfortably on roofs at high elevations without hesitation using provided safety equipment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent organizational management and business development skills
- Ability to prioritize and communicate key objectives
