We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized Patient Relationship Coordinator to serve as one of the first points of contact for our patients.

In this position, you will play an important role in building patient relationships, coordinating care, supporting case acceptance, and helping the office operate smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently, pays close attention to detail, takes initiative, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help patients understand the next steps in their care and feel confident moving forward with recommended treatment.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other team members.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, notes, and documentation.
  • Help create a smooth and organized patient experience from the initial phone call through check-out.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office systems, patient communication, and workflow.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous dental office experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dental practice-management software.
  • Dependable, professional, and proactive.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through consistently.
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements with patients.

The right candidate will be warm, dependable, confident, and detail-oriented. You should be someone who notices what needs to be done, communicates clearly, and helps both patients and team members feel supported.
