NOW HIRING -- LICENSED NAIL TECHNICIAN -DIP POWDER

Manor Luxe Beauty Salon is growing, and we are looking for a talented Licensed Nail Technician to join our team.

We are specifically looking for a nail professional who is already experienced and confident in Dip Powder nail application. Dip Powder experience is the primary technical qualification for this position.

Our salon also offers Acrylic, Builder Gel, Gel-X, and Polygel nail services. Previous experience with these systems is a strong plus, but it is not required. Manor Luxe provides training and continuing education for these additional services if candidate chooses to expand their craft.

Please note: Training is not provided for Dip Powder application. Applicants must already know how to professionally perform Dip Powder nail services.

NAIL TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Dip Powder manicures and nail enhancements
• Proper Dip Powder preparation, application, shaping, finishing, maintenance, and removal
• Manicures and pedicures
• Gel manicures
• Nail art and specialty nail services
• Client consultations and service recommendations
• Evaluating natural nail condition and recommending appropriate services
• Educating clients on proper nail care and maintenance
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Proper sanitation and disinfection of tools, equipment, and work areas
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Staying current with nail trends, products, techniques, and industry standards

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable, but not required:

• Acrylic nails
• Builder Gel
• Gel-X extensions
• Polygel
• Advanced nail art
• Specialty nail enhancement techniques

Training is available for Acrylic, Builder Gel, Gel-X, Polygel, and additional salon techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have:

• Appropriate active Michigan licensing to legally provide nail services
• Proven experience performing Dip Powder nail services — REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of proper nail preparation, application, shaping, removal, and natural nail care
• Commitment to sanitation, cleanliness, and salon safety
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
