Banquet Servers & Bartenders (Part-Time)

Reports to: Banquet Manager
Manor Country Club, one of Maryland's premier private clubs, is hiring part-time Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll help create memorable experiences for our members and their guests at everything from weddings and mitzvahs to golf outings, swim meets, and Club celebrations. If you're friendly, reliable, and enjoy fast-paced events in a beautiful setting, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to members and guests.
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, place settings, and bar stations.
- Serve food and beverages at plated dinners, buffets, receptions, and outdoor events.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails responsibly and consistently (Bartenders).
- Know the menu and beverage offerings well enough to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with tact and courtesy.
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout each event.
- Work closely with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and event leadership so every event runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or bartending experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
- Positive, engaging personality and a professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling bar tabs and counts.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma preferred.
- TIPS or other alcohol awareness certification a plus (Bartenders).

Compensation: $19-25 per hour gratuity
