As our Activities Director, you will:
- Develop and implement a wide variety of recreational and therapeutic programs tailored to residents needs and abilities
- Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being for all residents
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to integrate activities into individualized care plans
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the activities team to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences
- Maintain records and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Certified, registered, or licensed ADC (Activity Director Certified)
