Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial-scale cacao processing and packaging equipment.
- Maintain strict sanitation of all hand tools and machinery.
- Measure, weigh, and transfer ingredients with high accuracy.
- Record detailed data for food safety and FDA regulations.
- Execute the full production cycle: from sorting raw materials to melting, molding, and wrapping.
What You’ll Do:
- The Craft: Sort, roast, and winnow raw cacao beans to perfection.
- The Science: Operate industrial mills and refiners to create smooth, high-quality chocolate.
- The Finish: Master the technical skills of tempering, molding, and wrapping bars for the shelf.
- The Standards: Maintain a "surgical-level" clean environment (FDA/Food Safety) to ensure every bar is perfect.
Qualifications:
