Mano Lani is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support Navy Modernization efforts at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Duties:• Lead and maintain program management processes including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and communication updates• Support risk management and provide status on program issues and financial use• Lead or support Government In-Progress Reviews and provide supporting briefings/materials• Coordinate integrated planning and resource tracking including Earned Value performance reporting• Support strategic communications and executive reporting across modernization teams• Manage personnel planning and assignment coordination as deliverables evolveResponsibilities
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management• PMP certification• Fifteen (15) or more years of Project Management experience• Demonstrated experience applying ISO 9001 QMS, CMMI Level III, and Engineering Change Management• Experience with collaborative teaming, internal communications, milestone management, and personnel management Preferred Qualifications• Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Business Management• Fifteen (15) or more years of DoD/Navy Program Management• Experience with DoD 5000 processes Benefits:Mano Lani offers a comprehensive benefits package including a liberal vacation plan, a matching retirement program, and competitive salaries commensurate with skills and experience.
