Job Title: SCA Supply Technician Location: Reston, VA  Introduction:Mano Lani LLC. has openings for multiple Supply Technicians.  This position will support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) providing enterprise logistics support.  Rivet is an exceptional industry partner to the Department of Defense (DoD) and a leader in physical and cyber security, IT management, logistics, supply chain management, process improvement and development.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ability to apply stock control practices: bin / location management, reorder levels, due-ins / due-outs, backorder tracking, and reconciliation.• Conduct and document cyclic inventories and / or wall-to-wall inventories; research and correct variances with supporting documentation.• Maintain audit-ready accountability for equipment / material including: Sensitive / controlled items handling procedures, Custody transfer documentation and chain-of-custody principles and an understanding of property book / accountability concepts.• Perform receiving inspections; identify overages / shortages / damages; prepare discrepancy documentation, prepare outbound shipments with correct packing, labeling, and shipping documentation and coordinate with transportation / shipping functions and comply with packaging / packing standards.• Ability to generate routine reports (inventory accuracy, due-outs, turn-ins, receiving status) and brief results to government leads.
