Job Summary:

Mano Lani LLC has an opening for an Archived Records Support Specialist position to join our rapidly growing team in Marietta, GA. The Archived Records Support Specialist will support the client by providing transition services for soldiers and officers transitioning from active duty with our military customers to another component, retirement or being discharged. Mano Lani is a leader in physical and cyber security, financial management, logistics, and program management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:

• Evaluate Trends: Identify factors like work-life imbalance, insufficient compensation, and lack of career opportunities.
• Identify Improvements: Enhance work culture, improve onboarding, and provide career development.
• Implement Solutions: Engage and communicate regularly, offer competitive compensation, and recognize and reward good performance.
• Collaborate with various teams to align retention strategies to state goals, data requests and maintain compliance reports.

• Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
