Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, standards, and plating guidelines
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Set up and break down stations before and after service
- Ensure ingredients are prepped, stocked, and ready for service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Collaborate closely with chefs and team members to ensure smooth service execution
- Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Cook, or Back of House team member preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-moving kitchen environment
