Sky Bar and Grill is hiring energetic, guest-focused Servers/Bartenders to join our team! Whether you're pouring drinks, running tables, or making sure every guest feels taken care of, you'll be part of a fun, fast-paced atmosphere with great tips and flexible scheduling.
Pay: Starting at $5.50/hour plus tips
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (days, nights, weekends) — great for students, parents, or anyone needing a schedule that works around their life.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Mix and serve drinks behind the bar (for bartender shifts)
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and drink offerings
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Keep the bar/dining area clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Work as part of a team to deliver a great overall guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- Prior serving or bartending experience preferred, but not required
- Must be 18
- TABC certification required
- Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
