We are seeking a dedicated and experienced person to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, adhering to established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Assist with menu planning to meet nutritional and guest preferences
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations
• Support catering events and special meal services as needed
• Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or residents
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
• Use knife skills and culinary techniques to prepare ingredients for cooking
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and quality control
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies for the dietary department

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary aide roles, food service, or culinary positions preferred
• Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
• Experience with fine dining or restaurant environments is advantageous
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Skills in meal preparation, catering, and serving are highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Culinary experience including knife skills and food presentation is a plus
• Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
