Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, adhering to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- Assist with menu planning to meet nutritional and guest preferences
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support catering events and special meal services as needed
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or residents
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
- Use knife skills and culinary techniques to prepare ingredients for cooking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and quality control
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies for the dietary department
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary aide roles, food service, or culinary positions preferred

- Experience with fine dining or restaurant environments is advantageous
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
