Verify insurance information for clients and maintain accurate records.
Contact insurance providers and clients to collect outstanding information or payments.
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.
Update databases and documentation as needed.
Assist with administrative support tasks as required.
Assist in cleaning personal office space and other parts of the office at the end of your work day
Will perform other duties as assigned.
