Job Summary
Mannn Rent-A-Car is seeking a highly motivated, personable, and solution-oriented Rental Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who can confidently handle both customer communication and sales, while helping create a strong customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
This is a hybrid position, meaning the right candidate will work both from home and in person, answering incoming calls, assisting customers through the rental approval process, and meeting customers when necessary for vehicle delivery, pickup, or contract completion.
We are looking for someone with strong sales ability, critical thinking skills, confidence under pressure, and a naturally engaging personality. The ideal candidate understands that this role is not just about answering calls — it is about converting inquiries into rentals, solving problems quickly, and representing the company professionally.
All employees begin part-time with no benefits during the first 90 days. After successful completion of the probationary period, employees may become eligible for full-time status with benefits based on performance, reliability, and company needs.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer rental inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Convert leads into booked rentals through strong sales communication and relationship-building
- Meet customers in person when needed to complete rental agreements, vehicle handoffs, or customer support
- Explain rental requirements, policies, pricing, and available vehicle options clearly and confidently
- Verify customer information and assist in gathering documents required for rental approval
- Use sound judgment and critical thinking to identify issues before they become problems
- Handle rental agreements, data entry, and customer records accurately
- Maintain communication with customers before, during, and after rentals
- Help keep vehicles rented consistently by actively following up on leads and opportunities
- Represent Mannn Rent-A-Car professionally in all customer interactions
- Assist in resolving customer concerns while protecting company standards and policies
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently close deals
- Excellent communication skills by phone, text, and in person
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Friendly, professional, and relationship-driven personality
- Comfortable working independently from home and in person when needed
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, online systems)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates are a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
