Duties
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support erosion control measures to protect the site environment and adhere to safety standards
- Operate power tools and basic equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Aid in equipment repair and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition
- Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures
- Help implement construction plans by organizing materials, clearing debris, and preparing work areas for tradespeople
Qualifications
- Prior experience in or construction environments is needed.

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures is highly desirable
