What You’ll Do
- Organize and sort data for vendor offers and purchasing projects
- Assist with maintaining databases and related systems
- Help prioritize tasks and support daily purchasing operations
- Work with the Database Team to create reports and complete special projects
- Verify and audit invoice data for accuracy in company databases
- Analyze purchasing results and prepare reports
- Research devices, accessories, and components to support purchasing activities
- Gather information and conduct research to help solve operational challenges
- Manage assigned projects independently
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed
- No travel required· No supervisory responsibilities· Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel
- Associate degree or higher
- 1–2 years of administrative, purchasing, or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic experience with Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Research and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
