Manna is an independently owned, European-focused restaurant in Uptown Centerville, created by Chef Margot Blondet as a more intimate extension of her culinary vision. Rooted in classic French technique with thoughtful South American influence, Manna is built on consistency, attention to detail, and a team that supports one another every step of service.
A clean, organized kitchen is essential to everything we do. We're looking for dependable Dishwashers who take pride in doing their part, work well with a team, and help keep the kitchen moving throughout service.
What you'll do
- Wash dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with trash, recycling, and general kitchen cleaning
- Support the kitchen team with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow sanitation and food safety standards
- Help maintain a clean, efficient workspace throughout the shift
What we're looking for
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Evening and weekend availability
- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–9 hours)
- Frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Reach, bend, stoop, and move throughout the kitchen safely
- Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment
