Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent position based in Henderson, NV. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, manage project timelines, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress against project schedules, and resolving on-site challenges to maintain efficient workflows. The role also involves upholding compliance with local regulations, and reporting to project managers.

- Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, and project execution.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
