Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent position based in Henderson, NV. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, manage project timelines, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress against project schedules, and resolving on-site challenges to maintain efficient workflows. The role also involves upholding compliance with local regulations, and reporting to project managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, and project execution.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA training or industry-specific credentials are a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by substantial field experience.
