What You'll Do
- Lead and manage several Ground Operations Crews, including recruitment, hiring, managing and forecasting staffing levels
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and safety standards
- Track and order inventory and consumables, ensuring adequate supply
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Manage staff rosters, annual leave and sick days
- Own the site PNL and profitability metrics for your base
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and escalate operational issues to the appropriate teams
- Implement operational changes and process improvements, following the change management processes
- Oversee staff onboarding, training, and assessments
- Supervise and chaperone visitors to ensure compliance with site protocols
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational objectives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- 2-3 years' experience in operations, logistics, consulting, project management, or similar fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent`
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or you can move there quickly
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
- A proactive, organised operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments
- A problem-solver who takes initiative and drives continuous process improvement
- An effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly across departments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles when required
