What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Mann Veterinary Hospital?
Mann Veterinary Hospital in Owens Cross Roads, AL is looking for a receptionist to join our 35 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. We have opened our new 10,000 square foot facility at the beginning of May 2022! We are a tight knit group that works extremely well together in a fast paced environment!
Responsibilities:
- Speaking/scheduling/assisting clients in their fur babies health needs
- Monitoring health records and clerical duties for veterinary practice
- Assisting clients with finances for services rendered
- Maintaining clean environment for patients and clients in reception area
- Patient/Client Care
Qualifications
- Veterinary experience is necessary
- Willingness to learn and work with others
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task effectively
