Real Estate Intern

Onsite - Gastonia, NC

The Real Estate Intern is a motivated and detail-oriented individual that will support our team with market research, administrative coordination, property data management, and project support. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the real estate industry, including property operations, support, and basic financial analysis.

Hours Per Week

• 29 to 40 hours weekly
  
  

Main Tasks

• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
• Support the team with document organization, file management, and contract tracking
• Help prepare reports, lease summaries, and basic financial analyses
• Coordinate meetings and internal flow-ups
• Assist with property inspections, site visits, and project tracking as needed
• Communicate with internal team members, vendors, or clients under supervision
• Perform some adiminstrative tasks
  
  

Profile

Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, accounting, or related field
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and beval communication skills
• Profficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and accuracxy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with data analysis
• Experience using spreadsheet tools and presentation software
• Prior internship coursework in finance and property management
• Facility maintenance experience
