KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & CultureLead daily morning huddles
- Conduct weekly KPI reviews
- Provide coaching and maintain accountability
- Uphold high standards for patient care and team behavior
Oversee scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
- Protect the schedule from preventable cancellations and no-shows
- Maintain and improve SOPs, checklists, and system consistency
- Ensure effective communication between all departments
Must be able to step into any non-clinical role, including:
Front desk check-in/check-out
- Phones & scheduling
- New patient onboarding
- Treatment plan coordination
- Insurance verification review
- Patient communication & problem-solving
(Training provided for all areas.)
Monitor KPIs daily/weekly
- Assist with collections and AR workflows
- Support treatment plan presentation and acceptance
- Ensure accuracy in insurance processes
REQUIREMENTS
Leadership or management experience- Dental experience preferred but not required
- Must love systems, structure, and process improvement
- Must be willing to learn and perform every role in the practice
- Emotionally mature and drama-free
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable
- Technologically confident
- Occasionally able to stay past closing as needed
- Committed to ongoing growth and professional development
