Overview
Manley deBoer Lumber is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QA Assurance / Inventory Specialist to join our growing windows and doors company. This position is responsible for maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are complete and ready for delivery or installation.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect windows and doors for damage, defects, and order accuracy
- Verify measurements, hardware, glass, and finishes
- Maintain and track inventory levels
- Receive and organize incoming materials and products
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control
- Report shortages, damages, or quality concerns
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and installation teams
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Previous inventory, warehouse, QA, or construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of windows and doors is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Ability to lift and move materials when needed
- Dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Benefits:
