Office Administrator:
Preferred experience: Administration, Payroll, Human Resource, Computer skills.
Pay and Benefits:
- $18/hr. to $25/hr.
- Starting $18/hr. for 90-day period, then move to set wage based on experience, professionalism, task completion, and work quality.
- After 60 days Benefits include: Full medical, dental, vision, paid 100% by the company for the employee. 25% paid by company to employees family members placed on the plan.
- After 1 year Benefits include: 40hrs or paid time off, 401k enrollment with company additions.
- 40hr. work week with weekends off, from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

Job Duties:
- Payroll on company employees using a payroll system.
- Payroll on temps-to-hire using a payroll system.
- Verifying timecards, and time punches.
- Tracking employee information such as PTO, overtime hours, clock in/out, days missed.
- Communicating to proper management on employee statuses.
- Working with employee and managers to resolve payroll issues.
- Computer work, excel, word, and other applicable computer applications.
- Organizational skills.
- Cleanliness and good work practice.
- Human resource.
- Working with employees and managers on human resource related issues.
- Assisting the Human Resource asset.
- Understanding and ability to demonstrate knowledge on company handbook. All other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Manager.
