Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling opportunities, and product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Proper cash handling and the ability to operate a cash drawer in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Ensure cleaning duties on opening and closing checklists are fulfilled. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Ensure the floor is constantly stocked - other inventory duties as needed.
- Receive, pick, and process orders – ensure orders are being printed from various sources, pick orders in a timely manner, package orders efficiently and correctly.
- Curbside – provide customer service and assist with completing customers
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Must be able to function as part of a team. Good communication and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service: service customers by providing recommendations for products based on customer needs, current and upcoming promotions, and sales targets.
Experience
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for engaging with customers and team members
- Must be 21
- Cannabis experience preferred
