Title: Tech Support Associate
Position Summary: Mankato Computer Technology, a growing technology services and solutions company is seeking an Associate Tech to provide technical support to our business clients and consumer customers. Interested candidates must be technically savvy, professional, and organized.
Reports to: Support Manager
Job description:
Client Support
- Process incoming support requests submitted via telephone, email, or depot drop off.
- Diagnose computer issues using resources, tools & utilities.
- Provide prompt repair/resolution to computer/client issues using MCT standard procedures.
- Accurate and timely updating all activity and status.
- Complete software installs as directed by MCT standard procedures.
- Efficiently manage tasks, daily schedule, and appointments.
- Execute service and repair at client’s locations in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Timely and accurate updating of the master client database.
- Provide prompt client response and follow-up.
- Communicate timely sales and solution requests to client assigned account managers.
Client Technology Solutions
- Participate in the planning, preparation, and deployment of new client technology solutions as directed by the Technology Solutions Manager.
- Configure and deploy workstation computers.
Managed Services
- Assist in monthly client health checks as directed by the Managed services manager.
- Execute quarterly onsite activity.

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and functional vehicle.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Must present a professional appearance through proper dress and hygiene.

Schedule: Up to 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Windows--2 years (Preferred)
