Commercial Delivery Driver (P&D) – FedEx Route
Location: Fort Smith, AR & Surrounding Service Areas (Sequoyah & LeFlore Counties)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Saturday (Rotating schedule with guaranteed days off; home daily)
Estimated Earnings: $3,370 – $4,240 / Month (Based on hourly rate regular overtime)

What You Will Do
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles across assigned local FedEx routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
- Utilize advanced technology—including Zebra scanners and routing apps (Beans)—to manage daily manifests efficiently.
- Deliver packages safely using industry-leading defensive driving standards (Smith System).
- Provide courteous, professional service to every customer along your route.

Job Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
- License: Valid Class D driver's license.
- Experience: Verifiable commercial driving, delivery, or professional driving experience.
- Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major infractions.
- Screening: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, DOT physical, and mandatory drug screen.
- Physical Strength: Ability to safely handle and lift packages up to 75 lbs using proper material handling equipment.
