Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing is growing, and we're looking for Robotic/Spot Weld Operators to join our 3rd-shift team.
What You'll Do:
Operate spot and robotic weld centers, perform quality checks, help keep production running safely and efficiently. As training progresses you will learn additional operations allowing for advancement in as few as 6 months!
What We're Looking For:
Manufacturing or welding experience is a plus—but it's not required. We will train the right person. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a solid work history

- Is dependable and willing to learn
- Can follow safety and quality procedures
