2nd Shift Production Supervisor

What You’ll Lead
You’ll oversee our 2nd shift machining operations Monday through Thursday from 3 PM – 1 AM, ensuring production goals, quality expectations, and safety standards are met while supporting and developing the team on the floor.
This role is highly visible and operationally important. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to keep workflow running efficiently and address challenges quickly.

- Coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams
- Supporting employee development and performance management
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of manufacturing or machining experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Experience in machining, foundry, or metal manufacturing environments preferred
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
