General Accountability
Responsible for end-of-the-line dispatching of SPG (Small Package Ground) and Canadian orders. Ensuring the printing and accuracy of CCI’s from logistics. Provide manual processing, maintain a steady flow of orders, along with proper placement of packages to ensure its with the correct carrier. Serve as a backup to the Canadian processor, along with assisting supervisors and leads.
Shift Available: Monday-Friday 10a-6:30p

Serve as a backup to the Canadian processor, along with assisting supervisors and leads.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Properly dispatching SPG and Canadian orders throughout the day to ensure customers are getting invoiced. The daily dispatch of SPG and Canadian orders is critical for ensuring timely customer invoicing.
- Printing CCI’s (customer invoices) out of Logistix for shipments.
- Checking accuracy in documentation and basic troubleshooting.
- Manual processing of CCI’s/orders through Logistyx.
- Maintaining a steady flow of work to ensure no bottlenecks.
- Communicating with leaders/Supervisors on any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Proper placement of each package to ensure it’s with the correct carrier.
- Visual inspection of the quality of the final package before shipment.
- Physically wrapping skids (stretch film) and loading onto the daily carrier.
- Help when requested by the Supervisors/leads.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of the job function while using safe lifting requirements
- 1 year of Warehouse experience
- Proficient in data entry, typing & number pad
- Previous experience with a Barcode Scanning System/handheld preferred
- Forklift Certification preferred (order picker, reach truck), must be able to pass the forklift certification test
- Ability to find innovative yet practical solutions
- Strong familiarity with a warehouse shipping environment
- Experience picking and packaging parts with thorough knowledge of processes
- Excellent analytical and verbal skills required
- Motivated and focused to work autonomously within the established perimeters assigned.
- Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to drive change through empowerment and collaboration of teams
- Computer skills are required, basic operation, data analysis, reflex, scanner tools
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Continued growth and ability to change based on needs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Base pay starts at $21.00/hour plus a potential quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
- Actual pay determined by experience level, skills, qualifications & work location
- This position is located onsite in Belvidere, Illinois
- Travel Requirements – no travel required
