- Create and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that spark children's curiosity, creativity, and love of learning
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based experiences
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators through open communication and collaboration
- Work as part of a caring and supportive team committed to providing exceptional early learning experiences
- A passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
- Positive energy, creativity, and a willingness to jump into daily adventures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to creating inclusive spaces where every child and family feels welcome
- A great understanding of Infant emergent curriculum and pedagogical practices
