Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accurate billing.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest preferences.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any guest issues promptly.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations and guest information effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
