We are a mission-minded office focused on changing the health of North Houston, NATURALLY! We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking), vivacious, teachable, respectful, positive, and hard-working individual to join our team Monday–Thursday for 20-25 hours per week (predictable schedule 3-day weekends!).

We work HARD from Monday–Thursday so we can REST Friday–Sunday. This job has a predictable schedule and 3-day weekends!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist new patients during their first visits, helping them feel comfortable and supported.
- Play a key role in our in-office promotions and external/digital marketing campaigns (social media, events, community outreach).
- Assist with chiropractic procedures, software usage, and office flow to ensure patients have an excellent experience.
- Lead Follow-Up & Scheduling: Contact and follow up with new leads from social media(text/call/email templates provided).
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, professional phone manner and clear written communication.
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Must be a team player and enjoy working with others.
- Must be comfortable around kiddos of all ages.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment (this is NOT a desk job!).
- Must be outgoing, positive, and willing to learn.
- Must be 18 with reliable transportation.
- Must have basic computer/technology skills and reliable internet/computer (if remote).
- Spanish required (bilingual Spanish & English).
- Will be required to travel twice a year for training.
Job Type: Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
